Since this is one of my favorite books, I had 3 copies. This is one of my own books! The lambskin cover on this 7 1/2 x 10 1/4 inch rare Bible has 5 raised bands, and is embellished with two leather clasp labels and a bracketed cross. It is titled The Home Bible arranged for Family Reading from the King James Version. by Ruth Hornblower Greenough, published by Harper Brothers in 1950. It has 21 full-page illustrations by William Blake in black and white, and sepia, as well as several maps of the Holy Land and an icon of "the mother of God" in color. It also has numerous beautiful, intricate woodblock decorations by Rudolph Ruzicka in the margins, and lovely printed marginal notations on every page. 730 pages. see more pictures in the bible Add a Name or Monogram
