My Teaching Notepad Holder with Gold Fragments

I made this pad holder for my teaching notes. I's an old jacket, showing seams and buttonholes, embellished with gold fragments of old books (including the word "ideas" in the buttonhole). I have used it for at least ten years, and it gets better with age.
